Friday

5pm - gathering for opening circle - meet each other - maybe sing a song or two ;-)

6pm - Long Table Vegan Dinner, 3/4 courses lovingly cooked by Rita - see attached doc for example menu!

 

8pm onwards - we’ll gentle migrate from the dinner table a few metres to the riverside and gather around the fire. Chants, Medicine Songs, Offerings from each of us and maybe even some marshmallows and treats to roast on the open flames!

 

Saturday

We’ll have fruit, smoothies, tea and nuts and things out for the early risers :-)

 

8am - Wake up movement practice (Yoga) with Nina in the riverside shala - More details about Nina and her offerings in attached doc

 

9am - Vocal Practice with Pavan - Voice Expansion, Nada (Sound Yoga) & Chants to Align and Expand - probably culminating in Kirtan! ;-)

 

10.30AM - Breakfast / Brunch Feast - Help yourself to Vegan Shaksuka, Sourdough Toast, Jam, Granola, Yoghurt, Cacao, Coffee & More

 

The Day time is free to enjoy the magical surroundings, SUP on the river, Book a private treatment or lesson (harmonium, voice etc with Pavan), walk to the beach, surf trip and whatever else your heart desires…

 

From around 3ish Rita will be inviting those excited by cooking to join her in learning by making some Vegan Jackfruit / Mushroom dumplings and Raw Chocolate, extracted chaga bars (with chaga fresh from Kazahkstan!)

 

7pm - Dinner Time - The second of our Long Table Feasts cooked by Chef Rita - also featuring some of the food that we have been cooking together. Then Followed by our Riverside Fire, Songs, Kirtan and family celebration under the stars…

Again we’ll have the morning movement and vocal / singing practices / Kirtan and then our family breakfast together….
